The challenge we set out to solve
Grant programmes drown in their own intake. Every cycle brings a volume of applications that a small review team must screen, compare and decide on — under deadline, with consistency expected between reviewer A and reviewer B. Manual screening is slow and uneven: strong applications wait behind weak ones, and decisions become hard to defend when nobody can show why one application scored above another.
