The challenge we set out to solve
Event ticketing collapses under manual handling. Bookings taken by phone and WhatsApp mean no reliable seat count, double bookings on popular matches, and no way to know at 6pm how many people are actually coming. A World Cup schedule compresses the problem further: dozens of matches, wildly uneven demand between a group-stage fixture and a semi-final, and a venue with a hard capacity limit.
