 ABA System is a fully integrated internal platform that goes beyond traditional CRM, combining customer management and operations into a unified workflow from order intake to execution and financial processing. The system is currently live and used by around 30 employees, delivering faster approval cycles, reduced reliance on external tools, and improved workflow visibility and team coordination. It also generates real-time KPIs based on actual operations, enabling data-driven decision making.
