Project Overview

About this project

The official corporate and self-service website for Al-Zeitouneh Telecom, one of Palestine's internet and fibre-optic providers. The platform combines a marketing website, a package catalogue, an online subscription flow and an AI support assistant in a single bilingual system that the client's own staff run day to day.

The starting point

The challenge we set out to solve

Telecom pricing changes constantly: packages get repriced, promotions run for two weeks, coverage expands to new areas. Every one of those changes previously required a developer, which meant offers went live late or not at all. Residential and business customers were also being funnelled through the same generic pages despite needing completely different information, and the support team was answering the same handful of questions by phone all day.

The solution

What we built

Each piece here answers a specific part of the challenge above.

  1. A complete content management layer so staff publish packages, offers, news and job openings themselves, with no developer in the loop

  2. Separate journeys for residential and business customers, each with its own package structure and messaging

  3. An online subscription flow that captures the order and routes it internally

  4. Service pages covering the wider portfolio: hosting, domains, bulk SMS and connectivity products

  5. A directory of agents and payment points so customers find the nearest branch

  6. An AI assistant that answers common enquiries in real time and deflects repeat questions away from the support line

  7. Full Arabic/English parity and a responsive layout tested across devices

Who it serves

  • Residential subscribers comparing packages
  • Business customers evaluating connectivity and hosting
  • Existing customers looking for payment points or support
  • The client's marketing team, who publish content
  • The client's support team, whose workload the assistant reduces
